1. How do I pay for my order at Pada?
We currently accept Visa, and MasterCard as payment options but hope to add more alternatives shortly.
Is shopping with Pada safe?
In order to provide the highest level of security, all communication and data exchange between us, you, and Safecharge are completely encrypted at all times. Furthermore, Pada never directly deals with or saves credit card details as this is solely managed by SafeCharge.
About Shipping
1. Which states do you ship nicotine pouches to?
We currently offer shipping to a selection of states. Please visit this page to find out more of which states we currently offer shipping to. It is our ambition to provide nationwide US shipping, more states will be added shortly.
2. Which shipping alternatives are available at Pada?
UPS 2nd Day Air
The estimated delivery time for UPS 2nd Day Air is 2 business days after the shipment has been sent. Tracking is included on all parcels.
UPS SurePost
With Surepost the estimated time for delivery is 4-8 business days after the shipment has been sent. Each shipment contains tracking information.
UPS Ground
When selecting UPS Ground you can expect delivery within 1-5 business days, counting from the day each shipment leaves the warehouse. The package will require an Adult Signature* upon delivery and is fully traceable during transit.

3. How can I track my order?
All packages are provided with a tracking number. Once your shipment has been sent, you will receive a separate email from UPS with your tracking number.
About Orders
1. Is there a minimum age to order nicotine pouches?
Yes, you have to be 21+ in order to place an order with Pada and your age will be verified as you complete your order. This verification will be done by a third party called AgeChecker in a process that will occur automatically for the address you are registered at. This means, however, that you are unable to place orders to other addresses than the one you are registered at. 2. I wish to cancel my order, can I?
We will immediately begin processing your order once you have placed it. It is therefore of utmost importance that you reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. If your package has been shipped, your order can no longer be canceled.
3. Do I have to create an account?
No, you can place orders as a guest, but we strongly recommend that you create an account. This is to make sure you can keep track of not only current shipments but past shipments too! Signing up is easy, simply click “Sign In” at the top right corner and choose “Create new Account” at the bottom. This way, your address will be saved for future orders with us.
4. Is there a minimum or a maximum order limit?
Yes, there is a maximum order limit of 100 cans as we only sell for personal use. There is no minimum order limit and you can order just 1 can if you want.
There is currently a temporary purchasing limit for all ZYN products and you can order a maximum of 30 cans of ZYN in a 30-day period from Pada.com.
About Nicotine Pouches
1. What are nicotine pouches?
Nicotine Pouches are tobacco-free, smokeless pouches that users place under their upper lips for up to an hour where they exude nicotine and flavor at an even pace. Nicotine pouches are spit-free which means their juices are safe to swallow. Nicotine pouches contain a mix of plant fiber, flavoring, water, salt, and nicotine that has been extracted from tobacco leaves in a process that completely removes any tobacco residue on the pouches. This process makes each pouch crystal white in appearance and prevents them from staining your teeth.
2. What does the nicotine strength mean?
It can be difficult to know whether you should choose a pouch with 2mg, 4mg or 8 mg/pouch – when is a pouch even considered strong? Interpreting nicotine strengths is more complex than you might think, and entails looking at the characteristics of each flavor profile used. Generally speaking, 2 mg is low strength, 4 mg is considered medium strength and anything above 6 mg is strong or extra strong.

3. What’s inside a nicotine pouch?
Each pouch is made up of an outer weave of plant-based, cellulose fibres. Like all weaves, there are very tiny gaps and these gaps allow for nicotine – held in cellulose granules – to be absorbed into the gum after reacting to the moisture in your mouth.
Alongside the nicotine, you’ll find several food-grade ingredients to make sure your pouch works effectively. These include pH modifiers (used in baking) that contribute to better absorption, flavorings to deliver taste, Glycerol and Propylene Glycol that carries flavor, and a few preservatives that stop pouches from going moldy or losing their flavor.

Nicotine pouches contain a similar list of ingredients as traditional NRTs (Nicotine Replacement Therapies) such as patches and gum. 5. Why Do Nicotine Pouches Tingle?
When you first start using a nicotine pouch, you’ll notice a tingling sensation on your gums. You experience the tingle as the nicotine leaves the pouch and begins to be absorbed. It normally lasts around five minutes. Manufacturers use ingredients to make sure the tingle isn’t too strong – these are the pH modifiers we mentioned above.
Manufacturers walk a tightrope in making sure that their pouches have a high enough pH level to allow nicotine to be effectively absorbed, but not so strong that they deliver an unpleasant burning sensation. So, just because you’ve vaped a 20mg e-liquid for the last two years, don’t assume you need to jump straight in with a 20mg pouch.
We recommend you start with a light strength and work your way up as needed. A good starting place is a 6mg pouch. Pouches that are too strong will feel a lot harsher and can cause a burning sensation. If this is the case, then remove your pouch and try something in a lower strength. There may be a bit of trial and error, but starting low will help stop side effects like headaches.
7. How to pick the right flavor?
Just like vaping, nic pouch flavor is very subjective and what some people love, others can’t stand! At the end of the day, the best flavor is the one that stops you from smoking – and this means different things to different people. We offer plenty of options, so there’s bound to be a few that take your fancy.
The two most common types of flavor are fruit and mint, just like in vaping. Mint’s pretty simple and they’re perfect if you’re looking for something cool and fresh. Fruit, on the other hand, offers a lot of variety, and we mean a lot. Sweet cherry appears alongside tangy tropical fare and dark forest berries sit next to light exotic fusions – there really is a bit of something for everyone.
8. How Do I Use Nicotine Pouches?
Now that you’ve worked out your preferred strength and flavor, you might be wondering how to use your pouches. First off, only use one pouch at a time – it’s all you need, honestly. Pouches should be applied to the gap between your top lip and gum and they’ll naturally stay in place. You can put them behind your lower lip, but you won’t experience much/any flavor this way.

For the first five minutes or so, you’ll notice a tingling sensation (this is a side-effect of your pouch's pH balance and nicotine strength), this will go away on its own and is nothing to worry about. The flavor will kick in around this point and most pouches last between 30 minutes and an hour (depending on the brand), with nicotine released slowly over its lifespan.
You can use a fresh pouch as often as you need to and combat cravings whenever they flare up. If you find you’re getting through a lot of pouches, you might want to consider moving up a strength, similarly, if your pouch feels uncomfortable or is giving you a bit of a headache we recommend going down a strength – same as with a vape.
9. What Happens If You Swallow A Nicotine Pouch?
Accidents can happen and while you should never swallow a pouch, swallowing one shouldn’t present huge risks. Nicotine can not be absorbed through the lining of your gut so that shouldn’t affect you. However, swallowing a pouch can cause indigestion or nausea due to its size, and the flavorings and preservatives inside.
Please always dispose of your pouches, do not swallow them. If you are worried or begin feeling unwell after swallowing a pouch, contact a doctor immediately.
10. What Are The Pros And Cons Of Nic Pouches?
Pouches serve an important purpose, especially in situations where you can’t vape, but they’re not the only answer when it comes to tackling cravings. It’s our opinion that a lot of smokers would benefit from using a combination of pouches and vapes, allowing them to tackle cravings whenever they pop up regardless of the situation.
